Lower score is stronger. Current weights: p95 RTT 0.5, slot drift 0.3, WebSocket 0.05, failure penalty 0.15. Only paths inside the workload RTT budget and three-slot freshness limit are eligible.
No endpoint currently clears both live gates.
The radar still returns every measured candidate below so latency, slot freshness, and availability failures remain inspectable.
